Felt Die Cutting and Slitting
Precision felt die cutting, slitting and scoring rolls up to 76" wide by up to 36" in diameter is our specialty. We are prepared to meet your needs for small and large quantities.
While we have the capacity for large production runs, our customers depend on us for custom die cutting and slitting of large variety of substrates from thin films to heavier materials such as those used in vibration mounts.
Our core competency includes the manufacturing of die-cut gaskets, O-rings and other seals, a variety of backing substrates, and specialty products out of a wide variety of natural and synthetic materials.
We have excellent supply relationships with material producers around the world to assure competitive pricing at any quantity level.
Services include die cutting, laminating, stripping/slitting, assemblies, & water jet cutting.
In addition to felt we manufactuer products from several non-metallic base materials. Many types of gaskets are typical.
